Mike is a healthcare executive and operator with experience across clinical staffing, telemedicine, digital health, health information management, revenue cycle, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and growth-stage leadership.
He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Moonlighting Solutions and previously served as Chief of Staff and advisor to Ventricle Health. Through KCMG, he helps organizations translate strategy into stronger operating systems, clearer priorities and practical AI deployments.
Michelle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in maternal-child and NICU care, emergency medicine, primary and urgent care, functional medicine, nutrition, telemedicine, digital cardiology, clinical protocol development and physician and APP recruiting.
She brings clinical and workforce expertise to organizational engagements and leads KCMG’s health education, advocacy and coaching services.
